Silver Solder – Meta-Braze™ 155 (1.5 mm Diameter)

Specification:

Meta-Braze™ 155 is one of the most widely used brazing alloys, offering a low brazing temperature and short melting range, giving it excellent free-flowing characteristics. It is easy to use and suitable for joining many commonly used industrial metals, including:

• Copper and copper alloys (brass, bronze, nickel silver)

• Nickel alloys

• Carbon steel

• Stainless steel

• Tungsten carbide

This alloy contains high silver content, a low melting temperature, and reliable free-flowing performance.

Composition:

• Melting Range: 630–660 °C

• Ag: 55%

• Cu: 21%

• Zn: 22%

• Sn: 2%

Meta-Braze LT21 Flux Powder (500 g Tub)

A general-purpose silver brazing flux powder designed for use with silver brazing alloys and flame or induction heating processes.
