This product is supplied in a normal standard Mill Finish ready for you to use for your project. Mill finish is however fairly shiny as standard but may have light surface marks.
As well as Sheet and Plate we supply Brass Shim which is much thinner.

Basic CZ108 info
Sometimes referred as basis brass, CZ108 (CW508L) is a popular grade of brass due to its hot and cold working capabilities. For this reason it is used for general purpose and simple forming operations, it offers very good corrosion resistance in normal working environments and good machinability at slow speeds. CZ108 generally features good hot and cold formability with an impressive combination of strength and ductility.
The Chemical composition of CZ108 is as follows:

- Aluminium (Al) 0.0 – 0.05 %
- Iron (Fe) 0.0 – 0.10 %
- Lead (Pb) 0.0 – 0.10 %
- Nickel (Ni) 0.0 – 0.30 %
- Others (Total) 0.0 – 0.20 %
- Tin (Sn) 0.0 – 0.10 %
- Zinc (Zn) Balance
